RETURNS
We offer an Exchange or Credit Note strictly within 14 days from the day you placed your order. If your unwanted item is sent back later than 14 days unfortunately we CAN NOT accept your exchange or Credit Note. Please allow 7 working days for your exchange to be processed.
Credit Notes For Last Two Months From the day we recieve your unwanted item back.
Exchanges will only be carried out if items are sent back in perfect condition (UNWORN WITH LABELS ATTACHED).
Any items marked with Makeup, Fake tan, Perfume or Lotions will not be eligible for an Exchange.
Faulty items will only be accepted if your item is faulty once recieved within two weeks. If items are worn, washed or altered your exchange will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please be aware that accessories on an item like diamonds etc does not class as fault and will not be exchangeable unless they are new and unworn with all labels still attached.
Sale items are NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
