We offer a Refund or Exchange strictly within 14 days from the day you make your order. If your return is sent back later than 14 days unfortunately we CAN NOT accept your return. Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.

Returns will only be carried out if items are sent back in perfect condition (UNWORN WITH LABELS ATTACHED). 

Any items marked with Makeup, Fake tan, Perfume or Lotions will not be eligible for an return.

Please be aware that Refunds are for ONLINE ONLY!!!

Faulty items will only be accepted if your item is faulty once recieved within one month. If items are worn, washed or altered your return will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please be aware that accessories on an item like diamonds etc does not class as fault and will not be returnable unless they are new and unworn with all labels still attached.
